BCLS is our flagship residential leadership experience that has transformed coherence, practice and effectiveness for more than 1,000 teams since 2001. Your team will spend five intensive days working with a dedicated coach to build trust, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions to your most pressing challenges.

Base Camp: November 11-13, 2026
Leadership Summit: January 27-29, 2027
A residential leadership development experience convening two times for three days each. Registration includes two nights of lodging and all meals at each convening, a Performance Coach to work with your team throughout the learning experience to support your self-identified school improvement goals, and all associated learning materials.
Base Camp check-in is on Wednesday, November 11 and Leadership Summit check-in is on Wednesday, January 27.

COHORT 75
June 7-11, 2027
A five-day, residential leadership development experience. Registration includes daytime meals (breakfast and lunch), lodging Sunday-Thursday, and a Performance Coach to work with your team to support your self-identified school improvement goals, and all associated learning materials.
Check-in is on Sunday, June 6 with sessions running from Monday, June 7 - Friday, June 11.
Registration will open in early 2027.
